So Shilo Sanders injured security guard John Darjean after the elder Sanders asked for the security guard to confiscate his phone.
Darjean was awarded 11.89 million in a default judgement. Now Shilo is attempting to discharge this debt in bankruptcy court.
Sanders is claiming that Dejean's injuries did not result from a willful and malicious injury. If it dir, Shilo would not be allowed to discharge the debt.
In my mind, If you strike a person in anger, that is both malicious and resulted in injury. Shilo committed this violent act and should not be allowed to get away with it.
Grow up Shilo. Take rresponsibility for being dangerous person. Pay up you fool!
